In recognition of this growing niche, ICF Global has founded an International Health and Wellness Community of Practice and you are invited to its inaugural event.......

“What is Health and Wellness Coaching?” Online Masterclass on Fri, Mar 3, 2017 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM GMT

We are delighted to launch this community online event by opening a conversation around “What is Health and Wellness Coaching?” led by Dr. Meg Jordan (ACC) and facilitated by Dr. Michael Arloski (PCC), who co-leads this Community with Rachel Dungan (ACC)

Registration is free and open to both ICF Members and Non-Members who are interested in contributing to and learning more about the field of Health and Wellness Coaching.

This is part one of a two-part engagement: 

In Part 1, Dr. Jordan will open the discussion with her presentation on “What is Health and Wellness Coaching?”. 

Part 2 in May will extend this conversation as a live facilitated discussion intended to deepen our learning and create additional distinctions. 

At the end of this expert presentation, you will be able to 

– Explain why health and wellness coaching is a growing coaching niche 

– Discuss definitions for health and wellness coaching 

– Explore contexts where health and wellness coaching is practiced 

– Discuss how these contexts impact on the coaching process 

– Describe similarities and differences between life coaching and health & wellness coaching and competencies 

– Identify additional ethical considerations relevant to coaching in the health and wellness field
