IIOP have published a new online training programme for the Diagnosis and Treatment of an Acute Asthma Attack and the Supply and Administration of Salbutamol.
 
This programme is a fully online and self-directed training programme, which enables pharmacists to satisfy the training requirements for the supply and administration of salbutamol in an emergency situation as outlined in S.I. No. 449/2015 and by the PSI.

The aim of this training programme is to enable pharmacists to diagnose and treat an acute asthma attack and supply and administer salbutamol in an emergency situation. It is provided free of charge and can be accessed here.
