Irish Community Pharmacy Association was formed to advance and represent the interests of all healthcare employees in community pharmacies across Ireland.

We're here to help make working in a community pharmacy as straightforward, fulfilling and enjoyable as possible. Unlike other organisations representing business and corporate interests, we represent the needs and interests of community pharmacy employees like healthcare assistants, dispensers, pharmacy technicians and pharmacists.

Our mission is to simplify daily tasks and operations as much as possible with clear instructions and guidelines. We plan to provide education and learning opportunities to extend and enhance our professional competencies.

Most importantly, we plan to do all this in a way that is easy and convenient for a busy pharmacy employee.
